Setting up OpenCounter

In order to set up OpenCounter, we'll need several items from you:

  1. A comprehensive list of permits that you would like included in OpenCounter and a copy of the actual permits saved to the project's Basecamp account.
  2. Master fee schedule.
  3. If integrating with another system, credentials for us to access that system.

With these items, we can begin to set up your City's OpenCounter installation.  Easy!
